OREANDA-NEWS. April 6, 2011. The set of up-to-date instruments for servicing subscribers of Sibirtelecom OJSC was supplemented with new services.

For the sake of subscribers’ convenience, access to the “personal account” in the Internet System of Subscriber Support (ISSS) was provided with the help of a call from the home phone, without a necessity to come to Company’s office. It is sufficient if the subscriber dials the toll-free number 8-805-350-0350 and enters the password in the tone dialing mode to access ISSS (any 5 digits). The password, set in such a way, is a single-use password and has to be changed by the subscriber during the first session of work with ISSS. Calls to 8-805-350-0350 can be used to change the current password for the access to ISSS “personal account”.

In addition, Sibirtelecom provides its subscribers with a possibility to get prompt information about settlements in the automatic mode. To get information about settlements, the subscriber has to dial 8-800-350-0-818 (free of charge). The system identifies the subscriber by the telephone number, forms an inquiry to the unified information system and provides information about payments for communication services by the moment of inquiry. If necessary, the subscriber can find out settlement data in view of the services, having pushed button “1” in the tone dialing mode. The subscriber also gets the actual phone number of the branch inquiry services operator. Starting from March 2011, the phone of the automatic service for settlements will be given in bills. Information about settlements, obtained from the automatic service for settlements corresponds to the issued bill, data on terminal/cash-desk/ATM connected to the centralized system for on-line payments, information obtained from the service of SMS-informing, and in the ISSS “personal account”, as it is based on a technological platform that realizes the principle of getting information from one place in the real time mode.
