OREANDA-NEWS. April 18, 2011. Bugulma Mechanical Plant (BMZ), a member of TATNEFT, increases the volume of work in foundry production. The release of casting was earlier about 1,300 tons, while the plans for 2011 envisage increasing this figure up to 3,000 tons per year through commissioning a new production line, reported the press-centre of TATNEFT.

This has become possible thanks to the introduction of modern equipment. Use of innovative technologies, highly skilled professionals and modernization of production facilities enable the production of BMZ to fully comply with modern standards and requirements of consumers and expand the number of new customers.

Radical reconstruction of the foundry carried out in 2010, and putting the automated forming and pouring line into operation allowed casting with application of the new technology of cold-hardening mixtures, providing for high quality products. All this resulted in the expansion of the range of customers for castings, including Yelabuga Automobile Factory, enterprises of Bashkortostan and other regions of Russia.
