OREANDA-NEWS. April 18, 2011. ICBC launches Mobile Banking application for Apple's iPhone on March 26. The new service is to bring ICBC financial services to the iPhone users, reported the press-centre of ICBC.

At present, customers can go to iPhone's App Store, enter search keywords of "Mobile Banking", "ICBC", "Banking@Home" to look up ICBC Mobile Banking for iPhone, download and use the application. Besides, ICBC offers different fast and convenient options for customers to register ICBC Mobile Banking. For users using ICBC Mobile Banking for the first time, she/he can register ICBC Mobile Banking at the ICBC counter, ICBC web portal, ICBC Mobile Banking website or Internet Banking. Another option is to download iPhone client first, then use the "self-service registration" function to register ICBC Mobile Banking. Old mobile phone users just download iPhone client at the iPhone if there is no change in the mobile number used. No need to register and bond iPhone again.

In terms of functions, ICBC Mobile Banking iPhone applications not only include a rich variety of financial services such as account management, transfer/remittance, investment and wealth management, bill payment, but also many practical functions that use iPhone special features (multi-touch, gravity sensor, map location) for checking the location of ICBC outlets, latest market movement of funds, so that customers can enjoy the smooth and "cool" services.

Since its launch in 2008, ICBC Mobile Banking (WAP) service has been very well-received by the customers and is now the preferred Mobile Banking brand. The launch of iPhone application is a confirmation of ICBC's "Customer First" and the philosophy of innovation.
