OREANDA-NEWS. April 18, 2011. Concern Galnaftogaz CEO Vitaliy Antonov conducted a master class for company’s employees concerning internal communication.

As far as Vitaliy Antonov is concerned, despite Concern Galnaftogaz is now included in the number of the biggest Ukrainian companies, in internal communication it is still necessary to keep the principles of small company, when employees of all levels communicate with each other, and many ideas are born in informal conversations. In fact, even in routine work, as it may seem at a first glance, it is possible to find a possibility either for creation, or for rationalization.

"I have two dreams in my life – to create the most effective company and to compile an equal super effective crew that will manage it", – Vitaliy Antonov emphasized. And he sketced out a way to implement his dreams. He explained that now in Ukraine there are two models of business existing parallely – eastern and western. First one is based only on a closeness to power and resource, second one – on professionalism and creativity of every participant of business process. First one admits authoritarian style of management only, the second is oriented to generating the collective product of collective mind. "I am sure that western model is much closer to us, – Vitaliy Antonov marked, – so let us bring it to perfection".
