OREANDA-NEWS. April 19, 2011. Latvian national airline airBaltic is improving its business class concept and making business class fares more attractive to those passengers who book early.

Tero Taskila, Chief Commercial Officer: “Our recent business class improvements have included the elegant tastes of Nespresso coffee on our jet aircraft, and a seasonal menu based on products from local farmers by Mвrtiтр Rоtiтр, the most renowned chef in the Baltics. Now we also reserve a vacant adjacent seat for comfort of business class passengers on our turboprop aircraft. We plan to make further improvements to our Business Class, to offer this service at more attractive prices to customers who book their flights early. ”

Starting from April 26, business class passengers flying airBaltic’s Bombardier Q400 NextGen and Fokker 50 aircraft will have an extra seat reserved for more space and comfort.

The improved business class concept also includes better availability of attractive fares for passengers who book their travel early. This allows wider access to the all-inclusive service that includes priority check-in, extra luggage allowance, fast track, business lounge access, comfortable seating, inflight entertainment, fine dining and a variety of drinks.

airBaltic serves 80 destinations from its home base at Riga, Latvia. From every one of these, airBaltic offers convenient connections via North Hub Riga to its network spanning Europe, Scandinavia, Russia, CIS and the Middle East.
