OREANDA-NEWS. April 25, 2011. The data have been released by the Federal Anti-Monopoly Service of Russia. According to it, French wines account for the biggest share in the Russian wine import structure in value terms – 20.37%, Italian wines – 14.51%, Bulgarian wines – 9.95%.

Moldovan wines constitute 9.91% in the import structure, Spanish wines – 9.64%, German – 7.81%, Chilean – 7.24%, Ukrainian – 6.86%, Argentinean – 2.29%. Wines from Moldova are imported to Russia at the average price of USD 1.52 for a liter, from Germany - USD 1.50, Spain - USD 1.34, Argentina - USD 1.20 and Ukraine - USD 1.17.

The average customs value of a liter of wine imported to Russia amounts to USD 2.97 for Abkhazian wines, USD 2.80 – for Chilean, French wines cost on average USD 2.69, Italian wines - USD 1.94.
