OREANDA-NEWS. April 27, 2011. Centre for Applied Economics has prepared the ranking of the Russian Federation regions according to the level of e-government implementation as of 1 April 2011.

Technique of preparing a rating include: availability of services mandatory for implementation in compliance with the Government Order RF № 1993-p, stage of service provision, work performance stability, government and municipals services web-sites traffic, availability of MFC (multifunctional centers for government services) and information kiosks per each 10000 heads of the region inhabitants were taken into account, and other.

Nizhegorodskaya region has topped the rating thanks to the electronic services dynamic implementation and high web-sites traffic. Amurskaya regions is the second in the rating as it has shown the best results in realization of the services at the 1st and 2nd stages both at regional and local levels. One of the last year leaders – Republic of Kabardino-Balkariya – is on the third place.
