OREANDA-NEWS. May 12, 2011. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) would like to inform that as of today the antimonopoly authority has received notifications from seven companies intending to take part in the auction for selling 55% shares of the authorized capital of “Vanino Seaport” OJSC, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

The following companies have filed their auction bids: “SIBUGLEMET” CJSC, “Mezhdurechie” OJSC, “Siberian Coal Energy Company” OJSC, “KANOPUS” Ltd., “SDS-Ugol” Holding Company” OJSC, “Trade-Service” Ltd. and “Team Consult” Ltd.

The deadline for filing the bids – 12th May 2011.

“Vanino Commercial Seaport” OJSC is the largest stevedoring company in Khabarovsk region providing loading – unloading and related transport and shipping services. Majority of company shares (55%) are currently owned by the state.

“Vanino Commercial Seaport” OJSC is included in the Register of the holders of natural monopolies in transport that are subject to government control and regulation.
