OREANDA-NEWS. May 16, 2011. ARMADA (MICEX, RTS: ARMD) hereby announces that its additional share issue (state registration number 1-01-10670-A-002D, 27.05.2010), which consists of 2,399,997 shares, has been admitted to trading on MICEX and RTS. The shares of the additional issue are included into Quotation List B on MICEX as of May 11, 2011 and as of April 28, 2011 are admitted to trading on RTS.

The company served notice to the regulatory authority about the results of its additional share issue on April 26, 2011. The issue consists of 2,399,997 ordinary book-entry shares placed by public subscription on April 14 — 25, 2011. The total number of ordinary shares stood at 12,000,000 before the issue was registered and at 14,399,997 afterwards. The size of the additional share issue is about 16.7% of the increased share capital.

ARMADA shares trade on the RTS under the unified ARMD ticker. The main issue trades on MICEX under the ARMD ticker, while the additional issue is listed under the ARMD002D ticker. Both issues on MICEX are expected to be indexed under the single ARMD ticker till the end of July 2011.
