OREANDA-NEWS. May 17, 2011. Eduard Belokursky is appointed the new Director of Minsk City Telephone Exchange Branch (MGTS). E. Belokursky is a former Chief Engineer of Minsk City Telephone Exchange Branch previously headed by Sergei Popkov who has been appointed the Director General of Beltelecom, reported the press-centre of Beltelecom.

Eduard A. Belokursky was born on August 27, 1971. In 1994 he graduated from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics with a specialization in multi-channel telecommunications. In 2010 he graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus. His professional growth the new Director of MGTS began as a telecommunications engineer of the communication unit of Zavodskoy District Communication Department of Minsk City Telephone Exchange Branch in 1994. Having gone through all the stages of career growth in 2008 he became a Chief Engineer of MGTS. On May 6, 2011 Eduard A. Belokursky has been appointed the Director of Minsk City Telephone Exchange Branch of Beltelecom.

Dmitry Doroshko, former Deputy Head of the International Switching Center of Beltelecom, is appointed the new Chief Engineer of MGTS branch.

Dmitry V. Doroshko was born on June 10, 1975. In 1997 he graduated from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics with a specialization in radio engineering. In 2009 he graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus. His professional growth D. Doroshko began as a Construction Engineer of Minsk Production Association Promsvyaz. In 1997 he started working at the International Switching Center of Beltelecom and in 2005 was appointed the Deputy Head of the International Switching Center. Dmitry V. Doroshko has been appointed the Chief Engineer of Minsk City Telephone Exchange Branch of Beltelecom.
