OREANDA-NEWS. May 17, 2011. Consequent to the closure of the runway at the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport between 1030 hrs and 1700 hrs till June 15, 2011, Jet Airways has cancelled two of its Boeing 737 afternoon flights from and to Mumbai and Delhi.

To minimize the inconvenience caused to its guests, Jet Airways will now operate alternate flights from Mumbai and Delhi to Vadodara, the nearest airport during this period. As per the revised timings 9W 2049 will depart Mumbai at 1415 hrs and arrive Vadodara, at 1515 hrs, while 9W 2050 will depart Vadodara at 1545 hrs and arrive Mumbai at 1645 hrs. The flight from Delhi 9W 2064 will depart at 1220 hrs and arrive Vadodara at 1345 hrs while on  the return leg flight 9W 2065 will depart Vadodara at 1430 hrs and arrive Delhi at 1600 hrs.

Jet Airways will operate all other flights – 9W 2509 to Indore-Bhopal-Raipur-Kolkata, 9W 338 to Mumbai, 9W 2002 to Mumbai, S2 124 to Delhi and S2 324 to Mumbai - as per schedule from Ahmedabad.
