OREANDA-NEWS. May 24, 2011. The Belarusian State Property Committee will auction state shareholdings in nine open joint-stock companies (OJSCs) on July 1, in accordance with instruction #148 of the Committee dated May 6, 2011.

It is planned to auction 97.8%, or 835,373 shares, in OJSC Bobruiskselmash plant, in the Mogilev Region. The initial price stands at 11.229 billion Belarusian rubles (Br). Capital stock comprises 853,947 shares with par value of 4,200 rubles.

The Committee will also auction 99.6%, or 1.363 million shares, in OJSC Slootsk Emalposuda Plant, in the Minsk Region. The initial price stands at 6.128 billion rubles. Capital stock comprises 1.369 million shares with par value of 4,400 rubles.

The Committee will also put up for sale 37.5%, or 28,380 shares, in OJSC Baranovichi AVTAKO spare parts plant, in the Brest Region. The initial price is at 1.159 billion rubles. Capital stock comprises 75,673 shares with par value of 800 rubles.

Furthermore, the Committee will auction 37.3%, or 55,566 shares, in OJSC Krichevgruzavto, in the Mogilev Region. The initial price is 851.563 million rubles. Capital stock includes 149,035 shares with par value of 1,850 rubles.

It is also planned to auction 80.7%, or 37,614 shares, in OJSC Baranovichigazstroy, in the Brest Region. The initial price stands at 791.177 million rubles. Capital stock comprises 46,591 shares with par value of 3,600 rubles.

The Committee will also put up for sale 91.7%, or 53,268 shares, in OJSC Novogroudok construction and assembly office, in the Grodno Region. The initial price stands at 5.173 billion rubles. Capital stock comprises 58,075 shares with par value of 360 rubles.

The Committee will also put up for sale 94.6%, or 3,715 million shares, in OJSC Skidel Sakharorg, in the Grodno Region. The initial price is at 653.511 million rubles. Capital stock comprises 3.928 million shares with par value of 140 rubles.

Furthermore, the Committee will auction 1.8%, or 182 shares, in OJSC Baranovichi footwear factory, in the Brest Region. The initial price is 34.238 million rubles. Capital stock includes 10,355 shares with par value of 3,477 rubles.

The Committee will also auction 76.8%, or 120,893 shares, in OJSC Olkhovka cardboard factory, in the Grodno Region. The initial price stands at 4.625 billion rubles. Capital stock comprises 157,390 shares with par value of 18,000 rubles.

Bids are accepted by June 15, 2011.
