OREANDA-NEWS. May 27, 2011. The Gazprom Neft Lubricants (GPN-SM) company’s sales of packaged products in the Russian, CIS and European markets hit a record 10,156 tons.

Since the beginning of 2011, the sales of GPN-SM packaged products have been constantly growing: in April, the sales growth by from the beginning of the year was 47%. The automotive products of the G-Energy and SibiMotor brands and the Gazprom Neft industrial oils and greases account for 27% of the total growth. The growing sales show GPN-SM’s strengthening leadership in the production and sale of packaged lubricants in Russia and its actively developing presence in the markets of CIS and Europe.

“In 2010, we sought to implement our ambitious plan of bringing to market the G-Energy premium brand of motor oils. This year, we aim to further develop and strengthen our position in the premium segment of packaged products. Breaking the ten thousand mark was made possible through active sales, innovations in our distribution network management and powerful advertising and marketing support for the three brands.” — said General Director of Gazprom Neft Lubricants, Alexander Trukhan.
