As it is noted in the EU, the new National Indicative Programme for Moldova for 2011-2013. was adopted in May 2010 and has a budget of 273.1 million euros.

In December 2010, Moldova also signed an agreement with the European Commission providing for the allocation of 90 million euros in macro-financial assistance in the form of grants.
