OREANDA-NEWS. June 1, 2011. The Belarusian State Property Committee will auction state shareholdings in nine open joint-stock companies (OJSCs) on July 6, in accordance with instruction #155 of the Committee dated May 16, 2011.

It is planned to auction 75.4%, or 27,004 shares, in OJSC Promstroysistema plant, in Minsk. The initial price stands at 160.54 million Belarusian rubles (Br). Capital stock comprises 35,828 shares with par value of 4,400 rubles.

The Committee will also auction 91.2%, or 461,701 shares, in OJSC Pukhovichi experimental works, in the Minsk Region. The initial price stands at 3.524 billion rubles. Capital stock comprises 506,193 shares with par value of 1,200 rubles.

The Committee will also put up for sale 94.4%, or 199,618 shares, in OJSC Slonim automotive equipment plant, in the Grodno Region. The initial price is at 6.503 billion rubles. Capital stock comprises 211,555 shares with par value of 70 rubles.

Furthermore, the Committee will auction 43.8%, or 107,949 shares, in OJSC Spetsavtotekhnika, in the Mogilev Region. The initial price is 3.97 billion rubles. Capital stock includes 246,325 shares with par value of 665 rubles.

It is also planned to auction 100%, or 1.697 million shares, in OJSC TransMozyr, in the Gomel Region. The initial price stands at 8.772 billion rubles. Capital stock comprises 1.697 million shares with par value of 4,400 rubles.

The Committee will also put up for sale 99.3%, or 462,340 shares, in OJSC Polimer, in the Brest Region. The initial price stands at 2.425 billion rubles. Capital stock comprises 465,496 shares with par value of 4,400 rubles.

The Committee will also put up for sale 24.9%, or 54,865 shares, in OJSC Bobruisk Footwear Factory, in the Mogilev Region. The initial price is at 718.983 million rubles. Capital stock comprises 220,686 shares with par value of 5,470 rubles.

Furthermore, the Committee will auction 42.1%, or 23,036 shares, in OJSC Borisov repair and maintenance plant, in the Minsk Region. The initial price is 2.377 million rubles. Capital stock includes 54,743 shares with par value of 30,000 rubles.

The Committee will also auction 15.4%, or 9,213 shares, in OJSC Lesokhimik, in the Minsk Region. The initial price stands at 3.529 billion rubles. Capital stock comprises 59,858 shares with par value of 80,000 rubles.
