OREANDA-NEWS. June 02, 2011. Sviaz-Bank’s BLIZKO money transfer system has started transferring money in the Czech Republic. A local financial company, Antikvi Praha s.r.o., has joined, along with other partners, the BLIZKO instant money transfer system, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

“In its desire to make the instant money transfer service more accessible to its customers, the BLIZKO system is working to expand its presence in other countries. BLIZKO’s customers will now be able to transfer money to and from the Czech Republic,” said Executive Director Andrei Laikov.

Transfers are made in U.S. dollars and Euros, at a 1.3% to 2% commission, depending on the amount transferred. It takes a minute to make a transfer.

Today, the BLIZKO system maintains a presence in Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, and the Czech Republic.
