OREANDA-NEWS. June 6, 2011. The Belarusian government has adopted by resolution #656 the national export promotion program for 2011-2015, envisaging an increase in exports by 118%-122% by 2015 from the 2010 level and a surplus of trade in commodities and services of 0.5%-0.6% of GDP in 2015, the press service of the government said.

The share of high-tech products in exports is projected to reach 14%-15%, and of services, at least 20%.

Export of farm produce is to increase 120%, and of pharmaceutical products, 4 times.

Belarus will focus on the Customs Union and CEA in its trade efforts and seek favorable trade agreements within the Customs Union and other regional blocs, including free trade agreements.
