OREANDA-NEWS. June 07, 2011. Ricoh Company, Ltd. (President and CEO Shiro Kondo) announced that the company has added three new models to its production printer lineup: the RICOH Pro C751EX, with a print speed of 75 pages per minute in Color/BW, and the RICOH Pro C651EX, with a print speed of 65 pages per minute in Color/BW. The global monthly sales goal is 400 of the products in total.

These new models, as well as the RICOH Pro C901 Series (90 pages per minute), which was released in October 2010 and has received good reviews for its high print image quality and ability to handle a variety of media sizes and weights, will enable Ricoh to continue to meet the diversifying product printer market requirements, such as high-mix, low lot size, and short delivery time.

The RICOH Pro C751EX series, realize a real printing resolution of 1,200 dpi Ч 4,800 dpi. The new models utilize PxP color toner, which is utilized in the RICOH Pro C901 Series and has been well received, to satisfy customer demand for high image quality. The new models are highly versatile, being able to print media from 52.3 to 300g/m2 *2 and from postcard-size to 13 Ч 19.2 inches.*3 In addition, they boast a variety of finishing options, including in-line paper booklet maker and trimmer. These finishing options will help customers automate their printing jobs, and the large LCD color display will provide them with a comfortable operating environment.

The new Ricoh models offer features essential to the production printing market as well as high cost-performance. The new units are therefore expected to attract a wide range of customers, and contribute to their business success.
