OREANDA-NEWS. June 09, 2011. The Board of Bank SNORAS was elected after the four-year term of office expired, reported the press-centre of Bank SNORAS.

The Board of Bank SNORAS was elected during the meeting of Bank SNORAS Supervisory Board which took place on 3 June this year. The following persons were elected to the seven member board: Raimondas Baranauskas – the President of AB Bank SNORAS, the Chairman of the Board and co-owner; Naglis Stancikas – the Deputy Chairman of the Board, the First Vice President AB Bank SNORAS; Modestas Keliauskas – the Deputy Chairman of the Board, the director of AB Bank SNORAS Corporate Business Division; Romasis Vaitekunas – the Deputy Chairman of the Board, AB Bank SNORAS Chief Compliance Officer; Ausra Izickiene – a member of the Board, the director of AB Bank SNORAS Legal Department; Gitanas Kancerevycius – a member of the Board, the director of AB Bank SNORAS Risk Management Division, and Jurgita Bliumin – AB Bank SNORAS chief financier.

“J. Bliumin, the chief financier of Bank SNORAS, is responsible for accounting the bank's finances and consolidating the results of activity of the group companies. We value her experience and we do believe that her available knowledge will contribute to the bank development,” says R. Baranauskas, Bank SNORAS President and the Chairman of the Board.

J. Bliumin, who has become a new member of Bank SNORAS Board, will commence her office upon receiving the permission of the Bank of Lithuania under the established order.

J. Bliumin, who has MA degree in management and business administration, has been working in the banking sector since August 2000, while in Bank SNORAS – since 2006.
