TISCO Organizes Safety Production Month
OREANDA-NEWS. June 10, 2011. June is the tenth national "Safety Production Month" and the activity theme of this year is "safe responsibility focusing on the implementation". Recently, the Company has launched a series of characteristic measures, which will lead bright spots occurring frequently for this year’s activities, reported the press-centre of TISCO.
In order to avoid the "Safe Production Month" activity becoming a mere formality, this year, during the activity arrangement, the Company tries to reduce unified activities, and gives greater autonomy to each unit, for the purpose of carrying out more targeted activities in combination with production practice of each unit.
Every year the Company holds "Spring Safety Major Inspection", "Safety Production Month", “Safety Production without Accident in One Hundred Days" and other safety production activities in different stages. Two activities like "Spring Safety Major Inspection" and “Safety Production without Accident in One Hundred Days" are held respectively in the beginning and the end of the year, the relevant person from Safety Production Management Department said with much heavier production task, this two stages are accident peak periods, therefore, this two activities lay more stress on practical operation, while "Safety Production Month" activity is held in the middle of the year when the production running smoothly, so this stage is the "golden time" for safety production education. During the activity, the Company will make full use of television, newspaper and Internet media, widely propagandize development idea and advanced model of safety production, forming a momentum of opinion publicity, creating an atmosphere of safety culture, and popularizing knowledge of safety production, strengthen the overall safety consciousness and improve overall safety quality by propaganda, education and guidance of civilization production and safety production to all staff.
In view of recently released or revised laws and regulations by the country, this year's activity will focus on the propaganda, education and implementation of these laws and regulations as well. For example the "Regulation Rules on Employment Injury Insurance" which implemented on January 1st, has made significant improvements in protecting the lawful rights and interests of workers. During the activity, the Company will carry out propaganda education to the worker to help them understand the relevant knowledge such as employment injury application, and help them to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.
Another notable bright spot of this year’s activity is that the Company will carry out some propaganda education activities on prevention of machinery damage and road traffic safety knowledge combine with some safety accidents happened in the second half of last year, meanwhile the company will organize workers to launch activities like theme comic, essay writing, epigram collection, text messages, safety rostrum, accident case studies and other activities.
This year's activities also pay attention to safety knowledge propaganda of non-productive places, spreading the safety knowledge of household life, electricity utilization, gas utilization, tourism and other safety knowledge, entirely promoting comprehensive safety quality of workers and their family.
During the activity, the Company will carry out education week of production safety accident alert, consult day of production safety propaganda, rehearsal week of contingency plans, "Wellness Cup" competition and "Youth Standardized Operation Demonstration Post" and other activities.
In addition, in order to promote the development of safety culture, the Joint Stock Company will host safety and quality course competition, outsourcing personnel training, establishment of safe education training base and other activities, organize workers to participate in safety lecture, "the Song of Life" sing together activity and safety heart talking activity, encourage employee to carry out security discussion through QQ group and other novel forms.
The company requires, each unit should improve the understanding and strengthen the organization; carefully orchestrate and seek practical results; deepen exchanges and expand publicity, forming good atmosphere and working mechanism with responsibility implementation and fine management, promoting the implementation of various tasks in "Safety Production Month", and realizing safety development of the Company.
