June 14, 2011.  Apranga Group, the leading fashion retailer in Lithuania and the Baltic States, and Inditex  signed franchise agreement regarding development of Massimo Dutti chain in the  Baltic States. It is the fifth concept of world's leading fashion retailer  Inditex group which will be developed by Apranga Group in the Baltics. Both  companies collaborate since 2004.

 First Massimo Dutti store will be opened in Vilnius in shopping and  entertainment center „Akropolis“ end of August 2011. There are planned 10 Massimo Dutti openings in total in the Baltic States according to Apranga group plans.

 Massimo Dutti - one of the most desired fashion brands in the Baltic countries  today. This is a very high quality and distinctive luxury Inditex brand dedicated to men and women, who are independent, urban and cosmopolitan.
Massimo Dutti was acquired by the Inditex Group in 1991. Currently 530 stores  in 50 countries are opened. Net sales of Massimo Dutti in 2010 reached LTL 3.1  billion (EUR 0.9 billion).

 Apranga Group operates a chain of 116 stores: 75 in Lithuania, 31 in Latvia, and 10 in Estonia.

 Shares of Apranga are listed on Baltic equity list on NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Stock Exchange. Majority shareholder of Apranga Group is concern MG Baltic.
