At any time every subscriber of "Econom", "Optimum" and "Universal" bundled offers can block access to interactive television services, the Internet and telephone services if he (she) considers it necessary to suspend the service provision for the vacation period or for the period of long-term absence in the country.

There are two options of voluntary blocking:

Blocking free of subscriber monthly fee. Services can be blocked for 15 or 30 calendar days. Free service is provided upon request of a subscriber to sales department, as well as at a "User room" with a positive balance on a user account.

Blocking on a fee basis. Service package can be blocked for 15, 30 and 45 calendar days. The total time of the usage of the paid service compiles 45 calendar days per year.

The cost of the paid service equals: 5 000 – 15 calendar days, 9990 – 30 calendar days, 14990 – 45 calendar days.

By addressing the operator and signing an order form to unlock blocking it is possible to cancel an action ahead of the schedule.

In case of early cancellation of the blocking (chargeable or free of charge) at the request of a subscriber the number of days of the ordered service is considered in full as well as non-used days of the blocking can not be restored. Money means debited for providing the paid service "Blocking of bundled services", will not be returned to a subscriber.
