OREANDA-NEWS. June 28, 2011. The 25- thousandth alumnus completed his education in training-educational center (TEC) of JSC “KazTransOil”. To celebrate such an outstanding event Muslim Dusegaliyev, operator of technological pumps of OPS Martyshi of the Western branch of the Company was awarded with a commemorative token and received a certificate of the 25-thousands alumnus.

Throughout the whole activity period training-educational center of JSC “KazTransOil” actively solves one of the most crucial problems – organization of system of re-training, raising of qualification and attestation of production personnel. In the result the unified corporate system of training and re-training was created in the company, unique by its functioning on the enterprise divisions of which are allocated on the entire country.

Up to two thousand people, who raised their qualification at the expense of company annually graduate from TEC. Thus only according to results of the last year while the confirmed educational plan was 1970 persons, 1999 employees of all divisions of branches of KTO improved their knowledge. Plan of retraining of personnel for 2011 is even higher and already has comprised 2440 persons, 1977 of them are employees and 463 are specialists and engineering and technical employees. This indicator becomes even more sizeable with clarification of the fact that in the whole in the country the company provides with work more than seven thousand people.

The most fruitful period in the work of TEC has become the one from the moment of establishment of JSC “KazTransOil” in 1997. In two years period in 1999, contests of professional skills “Best in profession” have been held in the company, which became international starting from 2003. These competitions for the best knowledge of production theory and practice among the large staff of the company have become the final stage of professional training, award for thorough knowledge of business.

Lately in the structure of training courses ratio of production-technical courses has increased significantly, which is main and specific only for training –educational centers. This implies, that presently TEC fully complies with its status – retraining and raising of qualification of staff with operating specializations. By the way, programs of training of operating personnel are the most prolonged. Continuity of such courses is from 60 till 120 academic hours. Practical works in core programs of training in the current year shall be increased till 30 percent of total number of academic hours. By 2013 it is planned, that training center will intercept on international standard of professional training, increasing the share of practical education till 50 percent.

It is obvious, that solution of this problem depends not only from experience of trainers, but also from equipment of TEC with modern study-material base. As head of TEC Yuryi Kerzhbaum notes, presently developed earlier 5-year plans of equipment of each study room are implemented. TEC itself also expands, saying literally. Last year another floor was built on to the building of training center. Two study rooms, chemical cabinet for theoretical and chemical laboratory for practical training, library were additionally launched. For now a possibility to equip a separate wiring laboratory for practical courses in study groups of electricians on repair and maintenance of electrical equipment, facilities of electrical-chemical protection, air power lines, and fitters is considered. According to Director of TEC, all this allows to pay more attention to practical works and improve skills of attendees.
