TISCO Got International Bidding Class A Qualification
OREANDA-NEWS. July 05, 2011. In 2011, according to Qualification Accreditation method of International Bidding Institution on Mechanical and Electrical Products (No.6 Order by Ministry of Commerce in 2005), the Ministry of Commerce has made an annual examination and review to nationwide international bidding institutions, Taiyuan Iron and Steel (Group) International Economic Trade Co., LTD passed the annual examination smoothly, promoting to the Class A,which is the fourth Class A bidding institution in national metallurgical enterprises after Shanghai Baohua, PanGang International Trade and An-Steel International Trade, reported the press-centre of TISCO.
Since June, 2004, after getting Class B international bidding qualification from the Ministry of Commerce, TISCO International Trade Company has forged ahead continuously and tender business got effective development. Through various international biddings for big or small equipments, instruments and apparatus, TISCO International Trade Company has owned a group of professionals with accumulated rich work experiences, related metallurgy technical knowledge, foreign languages knowledge and international trade background, and in short few years, it has promoted from pre-Class B to Class A qualification, and leaped into national 113 international bidding agencies, among which, there are three enterprises with Class A qualification in Shanxi Province, they are Taiyuan Iron and Steel (Group) International Economic Trade Co., LTD, Shanxi International Bidding Co., LTD and Shanxi Bidding Co., LTD.
After promotion of Class A, TISCO International Trading Company can engage in all international bidding agent business of mechanical and electrical products without any entrusted amount limitation (if is central authority investment project use of state sovereignty external debt capital, otherwise the other requirements by international financial institutions or lending country government for the project bidding and purchasing, based on its regulation), bid assessment method adopts the lowest price evaluation method and the comprehensive evaluation method. The Company will, as always, in the spirit of "keep increasing the service level and the quality", provide package and value-added services from project preparation, bid formulation, bid opening and assessment, bid ascertainment to contract signing and executing to all units of Group Company.
