OREANDA-NEWS. July 6, 2011. Oksana Pavlovna Klybanskaya has been appointed Deputy Director of the Orenburg Branch of Ingosstrakh OJSIC. The primary objective in her new position now will be the development of the branch's retail business.

Oksana Klybanskaya was born in April 1962 in Martuk village, Martuk District, Aktyubinsk Region. In 1985 she graduated from the Orenburg Polytechnic Institute, the Technology Department. She has an extensive experience in management positions in the field of insurance. From 2004 she headed the Sales Department of UralSib Insurance Group, CJSC. Later from 2008 to 2010 she was the Director of the additional office - the Orenburg Branch of Soglasie Insurance Company, LLC. Before joining Incosstrakh OJSIC, she headed Rosgosstrakh, LLC in Orenburg.
