OREANDA-NEWS. July 7, 2011. According to the results of the all-Ukraine rating program “Guard of Brands 2011”, Raiffeisen Bank Aval has the most valuable brand among all Ukrainian banks.

As the editorial of the GVardia magazine reads, Raiffeisen Bank Aval has increased the value of its brand by more than UAH 1 billion to UAH 8.26 billion in comparison with 2009.

Volodymyr Lavrenchuk, CEO of Raiffeisen Bank Aval, named customer confidence among the main components of a corporate brand of any successful financial institution. “We are proud of the fact that despite the global financial crisis, we have managed to preserve and even increase the value of our brand. This is explained by a positive perception of Raiffeisen Banking Group in Central and Eastern Europe as well as by our well-thought-out actions in cooperation with clients in their difficult times”, the banker added.

The new “Guard of Brands” rating represents Ukraine’s 200 most valuable corporate brands in 2011. The authors of the rating mark a positive trend of large companies strengthening their positions disregarding the financial and economic volatility. In their opinion, this is the evidence of the understanding by these business entities’ of the values of corporate brands, both at the internal and external levels, what permits them to make efficient management solutions.
