OREANDA-NEWS. July 8 2011. Ingosstrakh OJSIC Arkhangelsk branch insured three large freights for the total amount of about RUB 20.5 million.

Insurance objects were as follows: a cargo of Ferro columbium transported by trucks and sea ships from the Netherlands via Antwerp port to the port of Arkhangelsk with further transportation to Cherepovets; a cargo of scrap iron transported in containers by sea ships from Arkhangelsk to Rotterdam, as well as an automated gas boiler unit transported by trucks and sea ships from Arkhangelsk to Naryan-Mar.

The cargoes are insured from damage, full or partial destruction or loss in cases provided by the insurance policies. The policies cover all transportation periods from warehouse to warehouse starting from acceptance of cargoes at the departure points and they are effective throughout the whole transportation including all reloading and intermediate storage up to cargo delivery to consignees’ warehouses.
