The world scientific centre in Oxford hosting the Oxford Leaders Summit (June 19-21, 2011) was the venue of a ceremony of awarding winners in the following quality and management categories: "For high business reputation, successful management and development dynamics" and "For achieving  the quality of products and services meeting the European standards", reported the press-centre of KASE.

Accumulative Pension Fund of Halyk Bank became the first and only holder of the "EUROPEAN QUALITY AWARD" amongst home accumulative pension funds. This high award is assigned for high quality of products and services in accordance with European standards.

As the General Director of the European Business Assembly, Jon Netting, put it: "The enterprise you are administering is known in the home market as one with impeccable business reputation, permanently pursuing high quality standards and customer interest. Such innovative and modern companies will enjoy international recognition".

Selection of candidates for the award was made based on recommendations of professional analysts of the European Business Assembly formed upon studying data from national partners, business media, embassies, commercial chambers, trading representatives and information agencies.

European business Assembly (EBA, Oxford, England) is an international corporation for designing and development of economic and social projects in Eastern Europe. The major mission of this non-government institution is creation of conditions for integration of corporations, associations, and enterprises in to the European Economic Union. In its activities it actively uses investment programmes, interesting to western and eastern partners and provides opportunities for sensible placement of financial resources under mutually beneficial terms.

Since its foundation in 1991, EBA awarded 139 Kazakh companies in various categories.
