OREANDA-NEWS. July 13, 2011. Rating Agency KzRating has assigned credit rating at ВВ- to Nurbank (Almaty), outlook Stable. In the agency's opinion, the rating is based on the transparent ownership structure, low grade of dependence upon external funding sources, absence of cross-border risks, reported the press-centre of KASE.

Factors constraining the rating are as follows: increased concentrations of liabilities by clients, increased rate of delay on the loan portfolio, increased political risk.

Issues of Nurbank's coupon bonds with NIN KZPC2Y10B426, KZPC3Y07B420, KZP04Y05B426, KZ2C0Y05D729 were assigned rating "ВВ-" with the outlook "stable".                            

In the agency's opinion, the rating of Nurbank's coupon bonds with NIN KZPC2Y10B426, KZPC3Y07B420, KZP04Y05B426, KZ2C0Y05D729, denominated in Kazakhstan tenge, is justified by the Bank's credit rating and absence of factors increasing or reducing risks of securities.               

The Bank's rating is justified by the transparent ownership structure, high level of support from the major shareholder, low grade of dependence upon external funding sources, absence of cross-border risks.
