OREANDA-NEWS. July 14, 2011. VOLIA, Ukraine’s leading nationwide telecommunications provider, announced today the acquisition of Dnepropetrovsk provider Falstap LLC (TM "CDC") — one of the leading players on the Ukrainian market of pay television and high-speed Internet access.

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has approved the acquisition of Falstap (Dnepropetrovsk).

Commenting on the event, Eric Franke, CEO of VOLIA, said:
