OREANDA-NEWS. July 18, 2011. The Finance Minister Veaceslav Negruta informed journalists about that, noting also that according to the preliminary data, the state budget revenue part in January-June was fulfilled at 99% of the planned level and the expenditure part – at 88%.

The Finance Minister said the full information about execution of the state budget in the first half of this year would be presented after July 20 with a detailed analysis of factors that led to the growth of reduction in budget receipts. According to the law on 2011 state budget, budget receipts are planned in the amount of 19 billion 87.18 million leis, expenditure – 20 billion 354.07 million leis.

The state budget deficit in 2011 is expected in the amount of 1,266.89 million leis (in 2010 – 1,621.9 million leis). The state budget receipts are planned to grow 11.2 percent in 2011 in comparison with 2010, expenditure – 8.3%. The law on 2011 state budget was made up given the 4.5% GDP growth projected at that moment, the 7.5% inflation, 14% increase in exports, 13.5% increased in imports and the average annual exchange rate of the local currency in the amount of 12.4 leis for a dollar.
