Aegis Limited, a leading global outsourcing services provider and part of the Essar Group, announced that the Indo- American Chamber of commerce (IACC), the only bi-lateral chamber commerce between the two nations, has honored Aegis Limited as the best Indian company in United States in Technology. This recognition was bestowed upon Aegis at the 7th Indo -American Corporate Excellence Awards held in Mumbai, India as a commemoration of the American Independence Day. 

Aegis currently employees more than 4,000 people across nine centers in USA, serving some of the Fortune 500 companies across North America in BFSI, Telecom, Healthcare, Technology, Travel and Hospitality vertical. Aegis is pioneering the next generation of outsourcing by aligning its strategy of providing end user customer experience to its clients through enhanced on-shore presence.

Through the I-ACE Awards, the Chamber celebrates corporate excellence and recognizes the Best U.S. Companies in India and Indian companies in US. These awards were presented in a number of categories and the winners chosen from a pool of varied nominations received from US and India.

As per IACC the Trade between India and the US is expected to grow to USD 100 billion within two to three years while Indian companies are strengthening their presence in the US across various sectors and that the trade volumes would increase due to the growth of several sectors like food processing, education and infrastructure.
