OREANDA-NEWS. July 18, 2011. Maxim Kudryavtsev was appointed Vice President and Director of Siberia branch of Rostelecom OJSC. Previously he headed Omsk branch of Rostelecom OJSC. 

Maxim Kudryavtsev, in the capacity of Director of Siberia macro-regional branch, superseded Ivan Dadikin who left the company due to expiry of labor contract. Maxim Kudryavtsev will be in charge of business development and improvement of telecommunication infrastructure of the merged company in the Siberian Federal District.

Maxim Georgievich was born on August 29, 1975 in Pervomaisky settlement of the Biysk Region of the Altai Territory. In 1998 he graduated from the Novosibirsk State Technical University with the professional capacity of Designer and product engineer of electronic devices for the practice areas of Radio technical and communication devices. In 2002 he obtained another degree in Finance and Credit at the Novosibirsk Academy of Economics and Management.

Maxim Kudryavtsev has been working in the company since 1998. In 2002 he held the post of Assistant Director of Gorno-Altaisk branch of Sibirtelecom OJSC, later in 2005 he was appointed Advisor to Director. In June 2007 he was appointed Deputy Director for Sales Issues. From June 2008 he was working as Deputy Director General and Director of Gorno-Altaisk branch of Sibirtelecom OJSC.

On November 3, 2009 he was appointed Deputy Director General and Director of Omsk branch of Sibirtelecom OJSC.

On January 12, 2010 he was confirmed in office of Deputy Director General and Director of Omsk branch of Sibirtelecom OJSC.

From April 1, 2011 – Director of Omsk branch of Rostelecom OJSC.
