OREANDA-NEWS. July 22, 2011. Vladimir Bondarik has been appointed chairman of the board of directors of Giprosvyaz, a subsidiary of Svyazinvest.  Up until now, Mr. Bondarik had been deputy general director of Svyazinvest.  Bondarik replaced Evgeny Bolshakov in this position.

As Vladimir Bondarik said in conjunction with his appointment, the key challenges in his new position include “turning Giprosvyaz – one of Russia’s oldest telecommunications industry design institutes – into an advanced design organization”.  The Giprosvyaz Institute should keep up with the requirements of the time, and move in stride with the latest scientific achievements.  In this regard, we intend to expand design operations in the area of infocommunications technologies”, Bondarik said.

Vladimir Nikolaevich Bondarik was born on November 7, 1957 in Moscow.

In 1980 he graduated from the Moscow Physics and Technical Institute with a major in electronic appliances.  He is a candidate of technical sciences.

In 1997-1991 he was senior laboratory technician, senior engineer, and leading engineer of Central Design Bureau for Hydrometeorological Devices Almaz.

1991-2000  – head of sector, head of department, head of laboratory, first deputy director of the M.V. Khrunichev federal state unitary enterprise NITs.

2001-2002 – deputy general director for the development and operation of telecommunications networks at Moscow Power Industry Communications Center.

2002-2004 – deputy general director of federal state unitary enterprise Svyazstroy.

2004-2005  – general director of Sensory Systems.

2005-2009 – deputy general director, managing and general director of Royalcom.

2009-2011 – deputy general director of Svyazinvest.

Appointed general director of Giprosvyaz on July 1, 2011.
