OREANDA-NEWS. July 27, 2011. Please, be informed that as from 15 September 2011 shall enter into effect amendments to DnB NORD Banka Payment Card Services List of Conditions, reported the press-centre of DnB NORD Bank.

Amendments apply to consideration of the chargeback applications submitted by the customers. Before for consideration of an ungrounded chargeback (deriving from card transactions or cash in/out payment transactions through ATMs) the customer under the existing List of Conditions was charged up to LVL 10, whereas under the new edition of the List of Condition consideration of chargeback is free of charge.*

* If in relation to the customer's claim (chargeback) deriving from the payment card transaction the latter provides the Bank with untrue information the customer shall reimburse to the Bank for its costs and/or loss incurred as the result of provision of such untrue information, including the cost for requesting and obtaining the transaction source documents and other payments effected by the Bank to any third parties involved in processing of the respective transaction in relation to consideration of the customer's chargeback.
