OREANDA-NEWS. July 27, 2011. In order to develop further its cooperation with the German-Ukrainian Fund (GUF) Kreditprombank signed partnership agreement according with which the bank gets the right to take part in GUF programmes and projects – to receive funds for lending to the bank’s SME customers, reported the press-centre of Kreditprombank.

Within the GUF programme the subloan may be granted to private entrepreneurs having no registration as legal entity, the major part of property of which is in private sector and who run their business in manufacturing, agriculture, services provision or trade, as well as to entrepreneurs employing not more than 500 permanent workers depending on types of activities.

Amount of each subloan depends on type and size of enterprise and may amount up to EUR 250 K depending on category of the borrower. The subloans are granted for the term up to 3 years (for financing of floating capital) and up to 5 years (for financing of investment projects).

The project "Programme on Refinancing of Measures on Support of Lending System in Urban Areas" provides for the opportunity to grant subloans to private entrepreneurs, small and medium enterprises, located in urban areas and in cities (except for oblast’s centers), working in agricultural sector. The amount of each subloan makes up to EUR 250 K, the lending term – up to 3 years (for financing of floating assets) and up to 5 years (for financing of fixed assets).
