OREANDA-NEWS. July 27, 2011. The Prime Minister Mykola Azarov in Poltava took part in opening a baking complex "Kulynychevskyi".

"Our main task is that such complexes were constructed in our country more and more. Such approach to business will help us to provide price stability on the major food stuffs and bakery products. It is extremely important, that introduction of modern technologies will allow to save gas, so expensive for us", - The Prime Minister emphasized.

Mykola Azarov emphasized: now at enterprises of baking complex cost of gas in a net cost of bread makes 15-17 percent but on the baking complex "Kulynychevskyi" cost of gas in a net cost of production makes only 2 percent. "For us it is extremely important now as in conditions when prices for gas are expensive, introduction of the advanced technologies will assist reduction of influence of cost of gas for cost of food stuffs", - the Head of the Government emphasized.

The Prime Minister noted that the Government will widely make use of experience of private and state partnership. As he said, the example "Kulynychevskyi" testifies, that private business is able to agree on market conditions with authority for the sake  of realization of such projects and maintenance of stability on social grades of bread.

In turn, head of the Poltava Regional State Administration Oleksandr Udovychenko noted that in construction of a complex is invested 15 million Euros, and 12 basic players in grain market of Poltava region have signed memorandums on maintenance of a regional resource for next marketing year with a condition, that the price for mass grades of bread will not be risen.

"We signed with 12 mainly players of the grain market memorandums on maintenance with regional resources for marketing year with a condition, that price for mass grades of bread will not be risen”, - Oleksandr Udovychenko emphasized.

Reference. The baking complex "Kulynychevskyi" is based in 1995 year. Into its structure enters 12 special-purpose baking enterprises. Total capacity makes 800 tons of bakery products a day.
