OREANDA-NEWS. August 2, 2011. National Rating Agency has confirmed SITRONICS's 'A+' rating (high solvency, first level) with a 'positive’ outlook.

As noted on the Agency's official website, according to its 2010 results SITRONICS demonstrates high operating performance and growth in terms of key financial indicators. The 'positive’ outlook is due to the upward trend in the Company's 2010 financial results, the anticipated continuing upward trend in the current year, the ongoing expansion of its customer base and partnerships and the deployment of new solutions in almost all its key business segments.

"The rating assigned reflects the company's strong positions in the corresponding market segments and its strategic value and partnership with the Russian government with regard to the high-tech industry development which also ensures new contract awards on a rather regular basis as well as the positive trend in operating and financial results at the 2010 year-end. The afore-mentioned factors, along with the high level of corporate governance and transparency, effective financial management and high level of support from the parent companies contribute to the maintenance of the Company's adequate reliability level," said Tatyana Pushnyak, a senior analyst at the National Rating Agency.

"The fact that the rating outlook has changed from 'stable' to 'positive' reflects the strengthening of the company's leading positions and successful implementation of its business strategy," noted Irina Lanina, SITRONICS Vice President for Corporate Communications. "Optimistic 2010 financial results and a promising start for 2011 have allowed us to revise the expected annual revenue growth up to 15–20%."
