OREANDA-NEWS. August 4, 2011. Rosbank has presented its renewed website www.rosbank.ru. The site has been constructed with the idea to present the information in the most comfortable way for the client. The site has been designed in compliance with the new corporate style of the combined Rosbank.  

The project of the new site creation has been launched on the threshold of the consolidation of Societe Generale assets in Russia. Its aim was to prepare a platform for the joint bank’s information and product offer. The site has a structure that is, on one hand, simple and clear for the client, and, on the other hand, informative and comprehensive.

The site is designed in Societe Generale colours – red, black and white. It corresponds fully to Societe Generale corporate style the group uses in all countries of its presence.

In the new version of the site Rosbank uses a “window site” approach: the information called-for most and actual bank offers are placed in direct access on the home page. The site is not overloaded with the text, every picture contains balanced information. The text is well structured and divided in blocks for better perception.

The bank’s site is developed using Web 2.0 technology. The site is interactive and equipped with modern feedback service; a possibility of choosing geographical position is realized on the site. Product pages are organized in a catalogue form with characteristics of the products. The functions of “product selection master” and “credit calculator” will help the visitors choose the most appropriate service and get a preliminary calculation of credit charges.

“We approached the project of new site creation with all responsibility: on-line questioning of clients was organized, a series of interviews carried out – with both individual and corporate clients. On the base of the data gathered, several models of site organization were created and tested with clients. It helped us structure the information in the way a user would do, - commented Olga Skorobogatova, Deputy CEO of Rosbank. – We aim at making the site a convenient instrument helping to get quickly detail on bank products and services and make a choice. I think we have coped with this task”.

Shortly, the second phase of site development will start. In its framework new sections will be introduced, site functionality will be extended with a range of options, e.g. a possibility to look through the pages visited during the last session. Rosbank will also offer a special “light” version of the site to the users of mobile devices.
