The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) received a petition of “SBGB CYPRUS LIMITED” (location: Kyriakou Matsi, 16 EAGLE HOUSE, 10th floor Agioi Omologites, 1082, Nicosia, Cyprus; main activities – investments) about acquiring the rights that allow to determine conditions of entrepreneurial activity of a group of persons comprising “3D” CJSC (location: build. 5, 27, Komsomolsky Prospect, Moscow, 119146; main activities – investments in securities), “Troika Dialogue” Investment Company” CJSC (location: 4, Romanov Pereulok, Moscow, 125009; main activities – brokerage, dealership), “Troika Dialogue” Bank” CJSC (location: 4, Romanov Pereulok, Moscow, 125009; main activities – a credit organisation), “Bylinnie Bogatyri” Ltd. (location: 4, Romanov Pereulok, Moscow, 125009; main activities – investments in securities), “TD soft” Ltd. (location: build. 5, 27, Komsomolsky Prospect, Moscow, 119146; main activities – software development and consulting), “BASTION” Ltd. (location: 6, Bolshoi Kislovsky Pereulok, Moscow, 125009; main activities – financial intermediation) (further on referred to as the Petition), reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

The petitioned transaction is subject to a preliminary approval under No.57-FZ Federal Law “On the Procedures for Foreign Investments in Business Entities of Strategic Importance for National Defence and State Security” of 29th April 2008 (No.57-FZ Federal Law).

In view of the above and governed by Clause 3.1 Part 2 Article 33 of No.135-FZ Federal Law “On Protection of Competition” of 26th July 2006, the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) made a decision to extend the period for petition consideration.
