OREANDA-NEWS. August 05, 2011. Some media said that Google search engine indexed confidential documents from the official web-site of Russian government agencies, in particular, FAS Russia, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

Such confidential documents included summary plans of sheduled inspections of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs by structural units of the Central FAS Office and the regional offices of the Federal Antimonopoly Service and a similar plan of Yamalo-Nenetsky OFAS Russia.

Some time ago these documents were indeed classified as restricted. However, after No.294-FZ Federal Law “On Protecting the Rights of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs in Course of State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control” of 26th December 2008 came into force, FAS Russia and its regional offices must place the plans for inspecting economic entities on the official sites (Clause 5 Article 9 of No.294-FZ Federal Law).

2010 and 2011 summary plans of sheduled inspections of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs by structural units of the Central FAS Office and the regional offices of the Federal Antimonopoly Service can be found on the official FAS web-site.

Due to technical reasons, the “restricted” marking was not removed from one of the documents enabling Google to index this document as a “restricted” one although it is open to public.

Also the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation compiles an annual summary plan of inspections and places it on the official web-site of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation by 31st December of the current calendar year (Part 7 Article 9 of No.294-FZ Federal Law).
