Polyus Gold International Limited (formerly KazakhGold Group Limited) ("PGIL") announces that the ticker symbol of Level I global depositary shares, evidenced by Level I global depositary receipts ("GDR"), representing ordinary shares of PGIL, on the OTC market has changed from "KAZAY" to "PLZLY", reported the press-centre of Polyus Gold.

PGIL further announces that its Rule 144A GDR programme is closed and no deposits of ordinary shares of PGIL may be accepted into the Rule 144A GDR programme.
