About it stated The Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov on Wednesday at the IX Session of Ukrainian- Russian forum "The second wave of global crisis. The prospect of Ukrainian- Russian relations".

"Sooner or later the unequal an agreement undermines the foundations of such long-term cooperation. Even if it was not profitable at a certain stage to one of the parties, the existence of such unequal treaty sooner or later seriously undermining the foundations of long-term cooperation", - the Prime Minister stressed. He added that according to the formula of gas contracts signed by Yulia Tymoshenko, Ukraine receives gas is more expensive than some European countries.

At the same time Mykola Azarov emphasized that Ukraine is not looking for a discount or some preferences, and insists on the formation of market prices. "We're not looking for a not benefit, we say only one thing: we must review this contract and make it so that would meet the interests of both Russia and Ukraine, and was built solely on market principles", – the Prime Minister stated.
