OREANDA-NEWS. August 11, 2011. In late July in Kemerovo an off-site conference of management of LLC "Siberian Generating Company" and companies managed by the latter - JSC “Kuzbassenergo” and JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” – took place dedicated to the results of the generating companies’ work in the first half of 2010 and prospective objectives.

As General Director of LLC "Siberian Generating Company" Sergey Mironosetsky noted while opening the conference, the work of the both energy companies was organized in a productive way, the target plans being implemented quite successfully. This is true with both financial performance of thermal and electric energy sales activities and fulfilment of plans for equipment preparation for the coming autumn/winter season.

In the course of the conference the participants heard reports on the results of work in the first half of the year presented by a number of managers of the energy companies' power plants and heating network enterprises as well as speeches on preparation for 2011-2012 autumn/winter season delivered by Executive Directors of JSC “Kuzbassenergo” and JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)”.

As Executive Director of JSC “Kuzbassenergo” Yury Sheybak noted, preparation for the winter was in full swing, with the repairs of core thermal and mechanical equipment scheduled for the coming year already half completed. With boiler and turbine units coverage of completed and commenced capital repairs was 90% and 78%, of current repairs - 61% and 58% accordingly. The fuel stock available at the power plants is in excess of the normative values.

The manager of JSC “Kuzbassenergo” emphasized the issue of safety and labour hygiene at generating facilities of the Kemerovo Region and the Altai Territory and the measures taken by the power plants and heating network enterprises management to ensure improvement of the workers’ labour conditions and to prevent occurrence of injuries and occupational diseases.

Executive Director of JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” Yevgeny Zhadovets noted that the repairs campaign schedule was being fulfilled without deviations. With boiler and turbine units coverage of completed and commenced capital repairs was currently 58% and 66.7 %, of current repairs - 63% and 81.5% accordingly. “During the previous two winters there were no blasts within "Yenisei TGC" heating networks in the Krasnoyarsk Territory and Khakassia. In the current season, apart from heating networks repairs, we have commenced work for construction of a new heating main in the Sovetsky District and are proceeding with Krasnoyarsk CHP-1 thermal lead terminals and Boiler plant. We are constructing a new powerful pump plant in Posadny Island. Implementation of the investment project for Krasnoyarsk CHP-3 power unit remains a critical work area. The amount of works completed varies from 75 to 90% per construction site”.

The speeches over, the representatives of LLC "Siberian Generating Company" distinguished enterprises (power plants and heating network enterprises) ranking top following the results of work in the first half of 2011 by way of handing honorary certificates to their managers. Tom-Usinskaya GRES and Kemerovo Heating Networks of JSC “Kuzbassenergo” and Krasnoyarsk CHP-1 and Kansk CHP of JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” were nominated winners of the production competition.

The conference results were summarized by General Director of LLC "Siberian Generating Company" Sergey Mironosetsky. According to him, JSC “Kuzbassenergo” and JSC “Yenisei TGC (TGC-13)” enterprises will no doubt complete the repairs campaign to a high standard of quality. “The repairs campaign is a complicated and crucial period for power industry specialists but it is winter that will be the chief examiner. Reliability of all the equipment and supplies of electricity and heat to our consumers will depend on our preparation activities today. I am sure that all our enterprises will timely obtain certificates of preparedness for 2011-2012 autumn/winter season, and live through the coming winter without failures and operational disturbances".
