OREANDA-NEWS. A spectacular show will be presented on 4 September as a gift to the Muscovites in honor of the 20th anniversary of Alfa-Bank. An architectural video mapping Alfa-Show 4D will be projected on the facade of the main building of Lomonosov Moscow State University at 10:00 p.m. The Muscovites and guests of Moscow will be fortunate enough to watch the highest world standard show with no admission fee charged from the comers, reported the press-centre of Alfa-Bank.

The author of Alfa-Show 4D David Atkins, a developer of the opening ceremonies of the Olympic Games in Vancouver (2010) and Sydney (2000), has pledged to turn the University facility into the kaleidoscope of wonders weaved of light and bright moments in the history of science progress. The show is planned to become the largest one in the world. On 4 September, representatives from the Guinness Book of Records are going to fix a new record on Sparrow Hills — the projection surface area will cover 25 500 square meters.

Spider-Man Alien Robert, an alpinist famous for his climbing the world’s tallest buildings without safety equipment, will scale the high-rise building of Moscow State University on Sparrow Hills.

Over 1,000 persons will take part in the arrangement of Alfa-Show 4D. The show equipment will be delivered by 200 trucks from several countries. There will be mounted some 2,184 cubic meters of steel structures and 81 video projectors on Sparrow Hills. As many as five thousand condensed explosive charges and fifty thousand balloons will be used during the show. Architectural video projection will be created with the use of 40 massive search lights, with the total length of beams stretching for over 40 kilometers.
