OREANDA-NEWS. August 17, 2011. The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation registered No.292 Order of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) “On Approving the Forms, Time Periods and Frequency of Information Disclosure by the Holders of Natural Monopolies in Airports and the Rules for Filling in the Forms” of 19th April 2011, which approved, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia:

- The forms for disclosing information by holders of natural monopolies providing airports services;

- The time periods and frequency of disclosing information by holders of natural monopolies that provide airport services, as well as the rules for filling in these forms.

On 10th August 2011 “Rossiiskaya Gazeta” newspaper published No.292 Order of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) “On Approving the Forms, Time Periods and Frequency of Information Disclosure by the Holders of Natural Monopolies in Airports and the Rules for Filling in the Forms” of 19th April 2011. The Order comes into effect ten days after being officially published.

Failure to submit information or knowingly submitting incorrect information about their activities by holders of natural monopolies is punishable under Article 19.8.1 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Violations.
