Are going to travel? Please kindly use services of Air Astana national air carrier whose airpark includes more than 20 modern aircrafts and route network accounts to more than 50 domestic and international flights.

You can easily reserve air tickets by Air Astana telephones and pay at any branch of BTA Bank via Cash&Pay payment terminals network or in BTA Bank Internet Banking at my.bta.kz.

And if you pay for Air Astana air tickets in BTA Bank network in the period since May 1 till August 31, 2011 you will automatically participate in a lottery of round trip ticket to any way of the air company. Go for your chance to make journey of your dream!

How to do it

Stage 1. You call to “Reservation and Information Center” of Air Astana air company by plus7 (727) 244-44-77 (for Almaty) or 58-44-77 (active for any city in Kazakhstan except for Almaty).

Stage 2. Center’s specialist will reserve air ticket to your name and send reservation number and exact fare amount by electronic mail or SMS to your mobile phone (to avoid mistakes in reservation number).

Stage 3. Please note that air fare given by Center’s specialist upon reserving is valid as of the reservation date and may vary on any other day subject to USD-KZT exchange rate. If you wish to pay on the other day please call Reservation and Information Center of Air Astana and check fare as of the payment date.

Stage 4. You choose comfortable payment way and pay for the ticket. BTA takes payments at any Bank’s branch around Kazakhstan. To pay for the ticket you need to know reservation number, exact ticket fare, ID Card and TIN number. Irrelevant of the air fare, payment fee will be 150 KZT upon payment via Cash&Pay payment terminal or 50 KZT via Internet Banking.

Stage 5. When payment for air ticket is credited to Air Astana account, the company’s specialist responsible for monitoring of payment received from BTA Bank JSC will get relevant notice. Thereafter, on the basis of data received, the specialist will execute the ticket and send it to your e-mail or by fax. Then the specialist will contact you by number indicated upon reservation and inform you on sending the electronic ticket.
