OREANDA-NEWS. August 19, 2011. JSC  TZA, a subsidiary of KAMAZ in Tuymazy (Bashkortostan), presented an upgraded model of the 58147G inclined-axis mixer on a restyled KAMAZ chassis for the construction equipment market.

JSC  Tuimazinskiy Zavod Avtobetonovozov continues modernizing inclined-axis mixers. It has developed a whole range of new design solutions to improve vehicle characteristics: to use a mixing drum to the limit, to reduce vehicle weight, to increase durability of units and a vehicle as a whole. New structural changes are demonstrated in a prototype of the upgraded 58147G inclined-axis mixer with a capacity of 7 cubic meters on the restyled KAMAZ-65115-0003958-D3 chassis.

One of the main innovation solutions is optimization of the design of a mixing drum. An important constructive solution is installation of a guiding "pipe" in the throat of the mixer, which prevents splashing of concrete mix when loading and running upwards. Light wear-resistant plastic discharge spouts make an operator’s work easier and help reduce the weight of the processing equipment. It has become more convenient and safer for the operator to inspect the loading device, thanks to the improved design of the ladder. Now, the operator can control the mixing drum drive on the left, on the right and on the top operating platform of the vehicle. An innovative solution was applied for water tank heating, which provides both passive heat insulation and heating in case of need.
