OREANDA-NEWS. August 19, 2011. Belarus’ OJSC Belsolod reported a 6-time increase in malt export in January-July 2011 to USD 30.572 million, a source in the company told reporters.

In volume terms, supplies reached 58,540 tonnes, an increase by 3 times.

Supplies to the domestic market hiked 49.6% to 26,224 tonnes. Deliveries to foreign and domestic markets reached 84,764 tonnes, up 130%.

Belsolod produced 78,857 tonnes of malt in January-July 2011, up 130% on the year.

Belsolod was established in 1989 and transformed into a joint stock company in 1996.
