OREANDA-NEWS. August 22, 2011. HR Department of IDGC of Center - Smolenskenergo division summarized the results of the first seven months of 2011. 930 employees of the division were trained with short-term and long-term programs. 4.6 million rubles were spent on this. For seven months of training, retraining 313 managers, 176 specialists and 441 workers were trained.

Managers and specialists of the division were certified in accordance with the Rosthekhnadzor rules, labour safety, fire and environmental safety. Also Smolenskenergo staff improved their qualification and had their professional skills retraining on the basis of non-core higher education and received second higher education. The training was held in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Ivanovo, Orel, Penza and a subsidiary of MEI (TU) in Smolensk and in other educational institutions in the region.

Operating personnel of the division was trained for related job specialization that is required for better performance of their main responsibilities, as well as attended a course of skill improvement. 61 people were trained in Smolensk Technology College for the retraining program "trouble man".

Such important factors as performance and safety, the responsibility for the quality of services and learning new technologies directly depend on the skills of workers, how their skills meet modern requirements. Realizing the importance of investing in this area in 2011, the division plans to spend more than 6.7 million rubles for training, retraining and advanced training.
